SENSORIAL DEFINITION

Organoleptic characteristics as regards colour, aroma and flavour:

• Colour ranging from pale greenish yellow to straw yellow, clean and bright, with a slight hint of natural carbon.
• Aroma of medium intensity with a predominance of fruity notes and slight floral and herbaceous hints.
• Slightly acidic taste, fresh and sparkling in the mouth. The end of the sensation in the mouth is fairly persistent, and there is sometimes a slightly bitter aftertaste.
